My name is Tom Hatch and I am a conditioning coach and can get you lean and fit. I am a certified personal trainer and have a Masters in Education from Harvard. I train out of my private, well-equipped and clean studio in Lexington with a strong emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning. Each session lasts 60 minutes and the workouts are nonstop. The goal is to have you attain your highest possible conditioning. After all, the better your conditioning, the harder you can work out. The harder you can work out, the better you will look.

One of the best investments you can make is in yourself. Celebrities train hard and often and treat it like an investment, because for them it is an investment in their careers. Other people view training as an investment in their health and hope it will pay dividends later with a longer life and one of higher quality.
