Christopher McClintock, founder and owner of Personal Best Fitness – Personal Training Studio, received his Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Recreation from Kent State University and is certified by the International Sports Sciences Association. Christopher has been sponsored by Nike, Brooks, Swiftwick, Rudy Project, Gatorade and PowerBar as a marathon coach for American Cancer Society and Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s Team in Training.
He has completed over 80 Marathons and Triathlons including Ironman, Boston Marathon, New York Marathon, Ultra Marathons, Stage Races and Trail Marathons.
Christopher is also the founder of MyMarathonTrainingPlan.com where he has coached thousands around the country to complete any endurance event, no matter the distance.
Christopher is also very involved with the Gastric Bypass and Lap-Band communities, being a pioneer in creating specialized exercise recommendations for those who have had weight loss surgery.
Mari-Etta Parrish, R.D., L.D.N., C.S.S.D.
Mari-Etta is a board certified Registered Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, and endurance athlete. She graduated from Lipscomb University and completed a residency through National Health Care Corporation. After working in clinical and community nutrition for a decade, she is combining a passion for nutrition and exercise in the practice of Sports Nutrition. Nutrition is one of the fastest growing fields across the globe, and Nashville athletes have not had access to a dedicated board certified sports specialist dietitian. Mari-Etta is assuming that role, and is continually promoting the growth of Sports Nutrition and over all health.
Ryan has a BA in Sport and Wellness from Trinity University in Deerfield Illinois, and has achieved the American College of Sports Medicine Certification as an Exercise Professional. A Florida native, Ryan has had a career in the fitness profession since 2004, and has seen it all. Working with all ages and backgrounds, he had many successes in Sports Performance, Group Fitness and Boot Camp, Medical and Illness based fitness, and Older population wellness.
But what really shows through is the passion and energy he brings to each session. He is highly motivated to help people create lasting and positive behavioral changes, and live happier and healthier lives.
Apart from training, Ryan loves mountain biking, hiking, reading and just being outdoors.

Originally born in Johannesburg, South Africa, Justin moved to Nashville,TN at age 9. He graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BS in TV/Film Production. The time between finding jobs in the mass media field led him to his love which is fitness. Justin is a certified fitness trainer through International Sports Science Association and has been since 2003.
He also buys/sells/rent homes in his spare time. Justin says “My wife and 3 kids support and help me all the time which makes all of this very easy to handle, not to mention, it is never a chore to go to work because I love everything I do.”
I got my first taste of physical fitness by growing up in East Tennessee on a farm. There is nothing like manual farm labor to teach you why being fit is so important! Outside of farm life, sports were a huge part of my life from age 5 through college. Sports taught me about dedication, discipline, hard work, and passion…all traits that I have carried over into my professional life. I graduated from The University of Tennessee (Go Vols!!) with a degree in exercise science and then attended Belmont University were I received my MBA with a focus on health care management. I have two beautiful daughters, an awesome son, a Chocolate Lab and a beautiful wife that keeps me centered. I am passionate about helping people change their lives for the long-term through education, encouragement, and hard work. Fad diets and workouts do not last….
